1. What am I purchasing?

You are purchasing a digital knitting pattern in PDF format. No physical product will be shipped.

2. How do I receive my pattern?

After completing your order, you will receive an email with a download link. You can download the file immediately.

3. I didn’t receive my download link—what should I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find the email, please contact us and we will resend the link.

4. Can I get a refund on digital patterns?

No. Because digital files cannot be returned, all PDF pattern purchases are non-refundable once delivery has taken place.

5. Can I share or resell the pattern?

No. All patterns are protected by copyright. Sharing, copying, or reselling the PDF or its content is not allowed.

6. What if I lose my pattern file?

If you lose access to your file, contact us with your order number, and we will help you regain access when possible.

7. What do I need to open the PDF?

You will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) that supports PDF files.
