Terms & Conditions for Online Sale of Digital Knitting Patterns (PDF)
1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on this webshop, which sells digital knitting patterns in PDF format. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Digital Products
All products available on this webshop are digital files delivered in PDF format. No physical items will be shipped.
3. Delivery
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link for the PDF file. Delivery is considered completed once the file has been made available to you.
4. Personal Use License
All knitting patterns are protected by copyright. When purchasing a pattern, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not:
- Share, distribute, or resell the pattern or PDF file
- Upload the file to websites, social media, or cloud services for public access
- Use the pattern for commercial production without written permission
You may:
- Print the pattern for personal use
5. No Right of Withdrawal
According to EU consumer law on digital products, you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has begun or the file has been delivered.
All purchases of digital PDF patterns are non-refundable.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, and design, is the intellectual property of the designer and/or the company. Any unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
7. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown on the webshop and include applicable VAT. Payment must be completed before the digital product is delivered.
8. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your device can open and store PDF files. The webshop is not liable if you are unable to access the file due to device or software issues on your side.
9. Errors or Download Issues
If you experience problems downloading your file, please contact customer support. Replacement download links can be issued when necessary.
10. Limitation of Liability
The webshop is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the pattern. All knitting instructions are provided as guidance, and results may vary depending on technique, yarn, and gauge.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with Danish legal regulations.
